The Scholarship recipient shall be a returning, full-time, undergraduate student, who has financial need, is a declared business major, and has a GPA of 3.5 or above. Preference shall be given to military veterans who meet the stated criteria, and a second preference shall be given to a student who is a graduate of Plymouth Regional High School in Plymouth NH
