Van A. Hartman/Vernon Kelly Scholarship Fund

The purpose of this scholarship fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a student in any of the Health and Human Performance majors, enrolled in a four-year degree program, and who exemplifies the finest in scholarship and citizenship.
