Norman E. Demers '37 and Cecile L. Demers Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of the Norman E. Demers ’37 and Cecile L. Demers Scholarship Endowment is to support scholarships for students in their sophomore year who are US Citizens, are determined to be financially needy, and who have overcome a life challenge to be in school and achieve a college education. The PSU Financial Aid office, or other appropriate scholarship selection committee, shall determine and select eligible recipients.
