Sharon Rebecca Parish Memorial Scholarship in Business

The purpose of the Sharon Rebecca Parish Memorial Scholarship in Business is to provide recognition and financial support for deserving, high-achieving students at Plymouth State University who are seeking a bachelor’s degree in business and have documented financial need with the Office of Financial Aid at PSU.

The recipient shall be a full-time College of Business Administration (CoBA), matriculated student who will be a sophomore, junior or senior, with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, and has demonstrated his/her commitment to community. Preference, but not a requirement, may be given for a student interested in contract management and acquisitions.

The annual selection shall be administered by the CoBA scholarship selection committee according to a process determined by the committee. When possible, the scholarship award will be presented at an annual department event. Should no candidates meet the criteria or be deemed worthy, the funds shall be retained for awarding the following semester or academic year, according to the selection committee’s discretion.
