Julie N. Bernier Athletic Training Endowed Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the Julie N. Bernier Athletic Training Endowed Scholarship Fund is to support scholarship awards for outstanding PSU students who are seeking a degree in athletic training and hope to master the skills to become a certified athletic trainer.

The eligible recipient/s shall be a graduate student, or 3+2 student in their final year of undergrad, seeking a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training. The award(s) is/are made upon consideration of the applicant’s academic achievement, department involvement, community and/or campus activities, and employment background.

The scholarship application, number of scholarships awarded, and selection process will be determined by a committee comprised of Athletic Training faculty and staff members. Should no candidates meet the criteria or be deemed worthy, the funds shall be retained for awarding.
