Sunshine Scholarship Fund in Memory of Ashley M. LeBlanc ‘20

The Scholarship recipient(s) shall be a full-time matriculated student who, like Ashley, comes from a non-traditional home (did not live with their biological parents), has overcome a demonstrated hardship as determined by PSU’s Director of Financial Aid, and has a documented financial need. The PSU financial aid office will determine the application and selection process based on the stated criteria.
