Emma Paulsen Knapp '17 Scholarship Fund

The purpose of this endowed fund is to honor the memory of Emma Paulsen Knapp ’17 and, in her memory, to provide scholarships to Plymouth State undergraduate students majoring in the field of education.

The primary criterion for determining the awards will be academic scholarship. This will be measured by a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale for the undergraduate’s most recently completed semester, and a cumulative GPA of no less than a 3.00 based on a minimum of three semesters performance. If several finalists equally meet these requirements, secondary preference shall be given to a student who is a resident of the State of New Hampshire, and tertiary preference shall be given to students on the basis of need. In the event that no undergraduates meets the primary criterion, no award shall be made and the award will be re-invested back to principal.
