Gary S. ’92 and Elizabeth O. Lowe Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Gary S. ’92 and Elizabeth O. Lowe Endowed Scholarship Fund is established as an endowed fund at Plymouth State University (PSU) of the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) by Gary S. Lowe and Elizabeth O. Lowe (Donors).

A certified financial advisor by trade, Gary is currently Managing Director, Head of Process Management and Integration in Active Quantitative Equities at State Street Global Advisors. Gary is a proud mathematics alumnus who strongly believes in the power of higher education and the role it plays in individual lives and families.

With this gift to establish an endowed scholarship, Gary and Elizabeth hope to inspire recipients of this award to apply their life experience to the creativity, innovation and determination needed to succeed in life and in their careers.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Gary S. ’92 and Elizabeth O. Lowe Endowed Scholarship Fund is to provide a scholarship for an undergraduate student who is enrolled full-time and who meets the criteria stated in section III below.

CRITERIA and SELECTION

The Scholarship shall be awarded to a returning, full-time student, who has documented financial need, and earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. The Director of Financial Aid shall determine the annual application and selection process.
