Barbara A. Rousseau ’60 Masters in Education Scholarship

The purpose of this trust is to establish a scholarship to be awarded to a student candidate seeking a Master Degree in Education in any area of concentration. Eligibility and award of said scholarship shall be determined by Plymouth State University per traditional eligibility guidelines.
