Barbara Willey Endowment For International Studies Scholarship Fund
The purpose of this endowed fund is to support scholarships and stipends to students for international study related to their courses and major at Plymouth State University.
Students are required to upload a detailed budget which includes the following:

- In 750 words or less, please provide a detailed personal statement that includes the reasons you are pursuing a program abroad, your goals for your program abroad, and why this specific program will benefit you academically or professionally. Please also include information about any personal circumstances that you would like the committee to consider. At the top of your essay please include the name of your program, the location, and the dates. Attach a detailed estimated budget for your program.
- In 500 words or less, please provide information on your engagement on campus and off-campus. This could includes sports, clubs, jobs, volunteer experiences, service trips, and so on. Also provide information on how you plan to promote study abroad when you return to campus.
